REFUND | EXCHANGE POLICY
Refund or Exchange Policy
Customers purchase the products is restricted to apply for refund or exchange within seven days.
Return or exchange of products redeemed at COM'COM'STORE Logistics Centre or through delivery arranged by COM'COM'STORE is possible only for products not covered by manufacturers’ warranties.
- Refund or exchange of products will take place at the COM'COM'STORE Office (8F, VIP Commercial Centre, 116-120 Canton Road, Tsui Sha Tsui, HK), on date and time arranged with COM'COM'STORE Customer Support Team. Return or exchange of products redeemed at Merchants’ redemption locations is possible only at those locations.
- COM'COM'STORE reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange if the product:
- is not expired. if expired, merchants may refuse to take back (including, but not limited to, hair products, beauty tools, cosmetics, skin care and food products)
- is opened
- is used
- COM'COM'STORE reserves the right to refuse return or exchange according to COM'COM'STORE Refund Policy to conduct the refinement or exchange the product based on its model, style, price etc.
ALL Promotional items are not entitled to refund or exchange.
- To apply for exchange of product or exchange, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for a prior appointment with stating :
- the reference number/code of the receipt
- the reason why you apply for the refund or exchange
- the package is existing or not
- the availed reserved time of refund or exchange
- COM'COM'STORE reserve rights to change admin fees
- COM'COM'STORE will not refund cash of the products is delivered to the buyer (except nature malfunction)
- Cash refund will only apply to products damage/ malfunction/defects
